银川中考体育考试项目总分和评分标准是如何规定的

由于2024年银川中考暂未开始,小编整理了2023年银川中考体育考试项目总分和评分标准为参考,具体2024年银川中考体育数据以官方发布为准。2023年银川中考体育考试项目总分为50分,体育考试项目有身高标准体重、握力体重指数、一分钟跳绳、男子1000米跑、女子800米跑。

一、银川体育中考考试项目及分值

(一)身高标准体重:5分。

(二)握力体重指数:10分。

(三)一分钟跳绳:15分(评分标准下调一档,详见附件1)。

(四)男子1000米跑、女子800米跑:20分(免试,成绩以满分计入总分)。

三、中考体育考试注意事项

1、中考体育考试前一天最好以平常饮食习惯正常饮食,避免油腻和重口味,适当可以增加水果蔬菜等,进行营养补充。

2、早晨饮食应当清淡简单且有营养,不宜吃太饱,按照正常早餐饮食习惯,适当增加易消化的高热量食物,如:蛋糕,易化饼干等。测试前特别是在耐力类项目和跳绳前30分钟尽量不吃食物。

3、考试前不要大量饮水、碳酸饮料、运动饮料等,有些学生会在中考体育考试前喝功能性运动饮料或葡萄糖口服液补充体能或提神,可以根据自己体质决定,对于不常喝运动饮料的部分同学同样身体会产生不适,在剧烈运动时胃里中会返出难闻的气体,导致恶心。
